About Us

Dr. Rohan S. Kirtane, born into a family of doctors and dentists in India, has always been passionate about education. Following his uncle and great-uncle’s path, he earned his dental degree from SDM Dental College in Karnataka. He continued his studies at Boston University, obtaining his DMD in 2013 and a CAGS in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Kirtane worked as a Managing Clinical Director and associate dentist in Boston for four years.

Motivated by his father’s interest in diagnosis and treatment planning and the challenges of craniofacial growth and development, biomechanics of tooth movement and the possibilities of digital technology stimulated him to earn his Master’s in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the University of Manitoba, where his award-winning research on Class-II malocclusion was published in the AJO-DO in 2023.

Dr. Kirtane is a member of the American and Canadian Associations of Orthodontists, and the Ontario Dental Association. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, and staying active through yoga and racquet sports. He lives with his wife, Rajasi, and their daughter, Navya.

Dr. Organ, a native of Hamilton, brings over 40 years of orthodontic experience and expertise to our practice. His passion for orthodontics is evident in his leadership as a past President of the Canadian Association of Orthodontists and his role as a Clinical Instructor in the Departments of Undergraduate and Graduate Orthodontics at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry.

Dr. Organ earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Toronto. After practicing general dentistry for a year, his interest in orthodontics led him back to the Graduate Orthodontic program at the University of Toronto, where he obtained his Specialty Certification in Orthodontics in 1979.

Dr. Organ opened his orthodontic specialty practice in Mississauga the same year and has since dedicated his career to advancing orthodontic care. He served on staff at Mt. Sinai Hospital for over 22 years, focusing on orthodontic treatment for physically challenged and underserved patients. A leader in his field, Dr. Organ has held prominent positions, including chair of the Ontario Section of the American College of Dentists.

Dr. Organ is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Association of Orthodontists, Canadian Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International and an active participant in the Toronto Orthodontic Study Club.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Organ enjoys cycling and laser sailing. He values time spent with his family and maintains a lifelong commitment to staying active and engaged.
